SpaBiz Enterprise HA is our premier full-service software solution for salons and spas. Available for single and multi-location spas, SpaBiz Enterprise HA enables an unlimited number of locations and users to access information that is stored in a central database. The central data feature enables users to centrally book appointments, view customer purchase history, redeem gift certificates and move quickly among their locations. The system operates in real time—ensuring that your information is always current.
To ensure protection of information, the system is accessed through a secure internet connection, rather than stored on a local computer. Your data is housed on servers in two mirror site data centers, which provide geographic redundancy as well as around-the-clock monitoring by a certified staff of engineers. Database maintenance, routine backups and upgrades are included in your SpaBiz Enterprise HA subscription package.
Other features include instant messaging between locations and computer workstations, ability to view on-hand inventory quantities across all locations and a master bill payment option for groups. Our newest feature, Group Booking, offers the ability to quickly reserve time and resources for group events—without requiring a service, customer, or specific staff member.
The SpaBiz Enterprise HA system offers flexible report formatting. You can determine how to group your locations or create consolidated reports that roll up into one enterprise. You even have the option to automatically print specific reports overnight.
