The file drawer is a powerful information storage tool for your salon. Much like a physical filing cabinet, this contains all of your salon's customer, product and service information in one easily accessible area.
File Drawer Features
Shared Customer Files: Customer files are shared among all salon locations. History for the customer is recorded in the customer file under the location that they visited. The customer’s product and service history is a listing of every product or service they have experienced with the salon.
Shared Gift Certificates: Since customer files are shared among locations, gift certificates are shared as well. If a customer purchases a gift certificate in one salon location, but wishes to redeem it in another location, the system will have record of the purchase and will also record the redemption.
