Frequently Asked Questions
What happens if I delete the Purchase Order from the Transfer window?
If you delete the Purchase Order in the Order Transfer window, it is NOT deleted in SalonBiz®/SpaBiz®. These are two separate systems. If you need to void the PO you will have to void it in SalonBiz®/SpaBiz® as well.
Do I receive a confirmation after I send it?
You will be prompted when the files are sent. You will receive an electronic invoice from your Aveda distributor confirming the order. The electronic invoice will describe which items are being shipped.
Can I make changes after I export my Purchase Order?
Yes, but only by contacting the distributor directly.
