Pure Privilege is a points-based loyalty program designed by Aveda to reward loyal clients and attract new ones. It is designed to keep existing guests loyal to your salon and Aveda while increasing the average sale per guest. Our integration makes issuing and redeeming reward points, certificates and Aveda gift cards easy and efficient.

Pricing
Pure Privilege Integration is FREE with your SalonBiz®/SpaBiz® subscription.
No extra setup charges will apply from Pure Privilege if your salon is currently enrolled in the Pure Privilege Program. If your salon is not currently enrolled, there is a one-time $90 setup fee from Aveda Pure Privilege.

- Magtek Keyboard Emulation Mini-Swipe Reader available through Extended Technologies®
- Barcode scanner – any model/type that is compatible with SalonBiz®/SpaBiz® for scanning redemption and points certificates
- High-speed internet connection on computer running SalonBiz®/SpaBiz®

Pure Privilege Membership
This program allows members to earn points on Aveda product purchases toward seven tiers of exceptional rewards. After guests pay a one-time $10 membership fee and complete an enrollment form, all aspects of membership are seamless. Selling the initial membership card, accumulating and rewarding points is streamlined and efficient. Pure Privilege members receive on-going benefits such as birthday gifts, double-points certificates and advance notification of promotional activity. To make things even easier for you, Aveda supplies all of the merchandising and enrollment kits.
Issuing Pure Privilege Points
Our integration makes identifying your Pure Privilege members easy. The entire process is performed directly on the sales ticket with the points that the member has earned on the purchase as well as their accumulated balance printed on their receipt. For every $1 spent on Aveda retail products in a participating location, the program rewards 10 points to the member’s account. New members not only receive double points on their first purchase they also receive double points from their initial $10 enrollment fee!
Redeeming Pure Privilege Points
Points may be redeemed for rewards (determined by Aveda) based on the member's point balance and are always available to view at
www.pureprivilege.com.
Pure Privilege Product and Service Reward Certificates
Members may receive certificates from Aveda for complimentary items for their birthdays, promotions, or other special events. Members may also redeem their points for service reward certificates that they may use for any service in your location. Our integration allows you to track certificate redemption as well as promotional inventory items through sales tickets.
Aveda Gift Cards
Gift cards purchased through Aveda can be redeemed at your location if you are integrated through Pure Privilege.
Pure Privilege Verifone Buy-Back Program
For all salons requesting Pure Privilege integration through the SalonBiz/SpaBiz point-of-sale system, Aveda will offer full or partial reimbursement for the Verifone terminals and Unitec scanners purchased by salons in the past 12 months or less for use in the Pure Privilege program. Your salon must qualify for one of the two reimbursement options listed below.
