Select and electronically send purchase orders that have previously created in SalonBiz®/SpaBiz® directly to the distributor. Sending purchase orders electronically will not only save time, it will greatly improve order accuracy by eliminating extra steps and the possibility of human error. Electronic ordering is a convenient, extremely efficient way of replenishing inventory, giving the salon owner more time to focus on their business.
Electronic Ordering is a program that is launched from the desktop.
An icon is placed on the desktop and automatically links to the
SalonBiz®/SpaBiz®database. Add, remove or delete purchase orders that have created without deleting them from SalonBiz®/SpaBiz®.
Receive an email confirmation when the order is received and processed. The confirmation will display the items that were ordered and shipped.

If you delete the Purchase Order in the Order Transfer window, it is NOT deleted in SalonBiz®/SpaBiz®. These are two separate systems. If you need to void the PO you will have to void it in SalonBiz®/SpaBiz® as well.
You will be prompted when the files are sent. You will receive an electronic invoice from your Aveda distributor confirming the order. The electronic invoice will describe which items are being shipped.
